Positive: Great value for money if you’re looking to stay a couple of days in Nice. Especially taking into account the pricepoint of Nice in the summer. Host responded to our messages quickly in the morning and let us check in 4 hours earlier, which was super nice since we were tired from travelling! Clean room, bathroom and apartment overall. Room was nice and cozy, with some closet space. We could also use the microwave and the washing machine which was a delighting bonus!
Negative: Unfortunately, it was very hot in the room, as it’s pretty small and there is no air conditioning. There was a fan though which helped a little. The apartment is in a closed community so some people might find getting there confusing, but it wasn’t a problem for us. The host was super nice, but unfortunately she first blamed us for scaring the other guests at night, even though we we’re asleep (turned out to be some other guests?). Then when we had already left she messaged me about some clothes left in the living room and told us to clean up after ourselves. The clothes we’re not from us as we never used the living room. She apologised about this of course, but maybe blaming first is not the way to communicate.
Summary: Overall excellent value for money in Nice especially considering we stayed in August.
